These terms don’t affect your statutory rights. These terms & conditions are governed by English law and the parties involved submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts regarding any disputes.


Buying online:

Products available to buy from this website are not for re-sale. Payment can be made via debit/credit cards (visa/mastercard), American Express, PayPal or Apple Pay. Prices are all in sterling and include VAT where applicable. The prices listed exclude postage charges. Authority for payment will be requested from your card provider at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if payment is refused at any stage. On the rare occasion Nutcessity needs to incur charges to obtain payments from you in the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of at least £25.



Nutcessity aims to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receipt. However, this is subject to stock availability and the health of Mike – and so is not a guarantee. Dispatches will be made Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays. Deliveries will be made to the address you’ve entered at the checkout. If the incorrect address has been entered, Nutcessity does not accept responsibility for any failed deliveries. In the unlikely event that your jar(s) arrive damaged, you’re encouraged to email mike@nutcessity.co.uk ASAP with a photo attachment of the jar in question. Each case will be reviewed on its merits and steps will be taken to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds/returns will only be offered when a product is either a) damaged or defective as per Nutcessity’s opinion, b) there is an incorrect quantity of jars or c) the jars ordered were not the correct variety/varieties. If you don’t receive the products you’ve ordered, please get in touch on the above e-mail too. Once an order has been placed, it’s been placed – there are currently no cancellations available.



You are advised to note that the products listed on this website contain nuts (a food allergen). You’re advised not to buy these products if you, or anyone with close contact with the product, has a nut allergy. Nutcessity’s nut butter is made in a peanut-free kitchen, and contains no ingredients with any of the other 11 allergens. However, Nutcessity accepts no responsibility regarding illness or injury due to the consumption of Nutcessity nut butter or being in close contact with said products. The ‘peanut-free kitchen’ mentioned has not been accredited by any governing body.



Nutcessity reserves the right to any of the content of this website. This includes photos. The name ‘Nutcessity’ is trademarked as is not for use by any other person or business.

Nutcessity is not responsible for any theft, damage or disclosure of such personal information. We will not publish, give, sell or rent your information to anyone. However, we reserve the right to disclose user information in the rare circumstances whereby there is reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Nutcessity’s rights or property, other users, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities.
