Liability:

You are advised to note that the products listed on this website contain nuts (a food allergen). You’re advised not to buy these products if you, or anyone with close contact with the product, has a nut allergy. Nutcessity’s nut butter is made in a factory containing two allergens: tree nuts and sesame. However, customers are to note that, although there is not a ‘may contain peanuts’ message, there is still an extremely small chance of peanut cross-contamination in the supply chain; although we validate our products as free-from peanuts by testing random batches every 6 months at a UKAS accredited UK laboratory. Nutcessity accepts no responsibility regarding illness or injury due to the consumption of Nutcessity nut butter or being in close contact with said products. More on this subject can be found in FAQs, here.
