Dispatches will be made Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays. Deliveries will be made to the address you’ve entered at the checkout. If the incorrect address has been entered, Nutcessity does not accept responsibility for any diverted deliveries.

i.e. if you order at 1pm on Friday, choosing Next Day delivery, your order will be packed and sent early on Monday morning, rather than Friday afternoon.
Terms & Conditions:
Any queries regarding lost, damaged or defected parcels must be submitted within one month of your order being placed. Should you contact us regarding a parcel that has been delayed/lost, we adhere to the following guidelines for claim submission by Royal Mail and will not be able to refund you within the time-frames provided below:
Claims can be submitted 10 working days after the estimated delivery date of 3-5 working days. Thereafter 30-days must pass without successful retrieval of the parcel, before a claim is considered valid.
