VEGAN BANANA ICE CREAM
Prep time & a powerful blender req'd...
6 generous portions:
- 100g Nut Butter (I used my Cashew Brazil & Coconut spread)
- 400g frozen banana chunks
- 20g agave syrup
- 100ml filtered water
Blend all the ingredients using a powerful blender. Pour into a used ice cream tub & freeze.
Take out the ice cream 30 minutes prior to eating.
