PROTEIN PELLETS (gluten free)
2 Tbsp Nutcessity Nut Butter (I used Date + Walnut)
80g (toasted) Buckwheat Groats
80g Roasted Almonds
1 1/2 scoops Protein Powder (I used Raw Sport Toffee Fudge)
9 Dates (chopped)
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
A few pinches of pink Himalayan salt
The buckwheat: if you have it raw, just toast on a dry pan on a medium-high heat on the hob for 10 minutes, staying with it the whole time and stirring regularly. You want it dark & crunchy!
In an S blade blender blend everything together, until it starts to clump together. Roll into balls and munch away…
