200g Date + Walnut Butter
100g Maple Syrup
100g Coconut Oil
Pinch of Salt
Slowly combine all of the above on a low heat. When combined, add to a small, square baking tray and freeze for 4 hours, before cutting into cubes, removing them with a spatula, and tucking in… keep any leftovers (yeah, right!) in the fridge.
Top with whatever you have: cacao nibs, goji berries, pomegranate seeds, fresh raspberries…
