No-Bake Brownies


for the base:

400g pitted dates

250g roasted cashew nuts

1 scoop (20g) Third Wave Nutrition Synergy Chocolate Protein Powder

30g cocoa powder

pinch salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp agave syrup

70g desiccated coconut

and for the topping:

50g dark chocolate

100g Nutcessity Carob Cashew Nut Butter

30g Buko coconut jam

70g coconut oil

Handful of nuts/cacao nibs (I used walnuts) to decorate

Right… easy: Blend all the ingredients for the base until well combined. Smudge into a coconut-oil greased square 9x9inch baking tray. Then, melt together the topping ingredients until fully combined and pour on top. Add your decorative nuts, and leave in the fridge for 90mins (quick - distract yourself by cleaning the house)! When set, go round the outside with a spatula and turn out onto a board to cut into and demolish. Happy days.
