Mocha Banana Bread

100g Mocha Hazelnut Butter

150g Maple Syrup

6 Bananas

100g Rolled Oats

250g Ground Almonds

3 tbsp. Left-Over Brewed Coffee

Handful Walnuts

Pinch of Salt

Get the oven to 180c and grease a loaf tin with some coconut oil or whatever you have to hand! Mash the bananas, then mix with the coffee, almonds, 75g maple syrup, oats & salt - combine thoroughly. Add the walnuts, then tip into the tin. Bake for around 40 minutes.

When out the oven and cooled, combine the rest of the syrup with the nut butter and spread over… this topping will set beautifully in the fridge. Eat!
