QUICK CHINESE STIR FRY
When you only have 5 minutes? Whip out the nut butter...
- Nutcessity Cashew Brazil & Coconut Spread
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp Chinese five spice
- 1 onion
- Veggies (go courgette / pepper / spring greens...)
- quick cook noodles
Cook your noodles and keep them in the colander - I find it easier to pour over some boiling water just before serving.
Fry the onion until soft, then add the veggies. Cook quickly on high heat.
Turn off the heat and add the other ingredients, except the soy sauce - just add this right at the end before serving.
Get the chopsticks out ;)
