GINGERBREAD GRANOLA

Morning sprinkling of warm spice

Fits into a 1L Kilner jar.

  • 40g Nutcessity Gingerbread Spiced Almond nut spread
  • 50g agave syrup
  • 50g coconut oil
  • 150g nuts/seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flaked almonds...)
  • 100g grains (amaranth, millet, buckwheat...)
  • 250g jumbo oats

How do?

Preheat the oven to 150c fan. Heat the nut butter with the syrup & oil until melted together. Combine well with the rest of the ingredients until evenly coated. Bake for around 45mins, turning halfway.

Eat with...plant based yoghurt (try Provamel, Nush or Sojade...)
